Which tools are available through the API?

All production Roomagen tools: virtual staging, photo enhancement, day-to-dusk, object removal and decluttering, virtual renovation, exterior tools and the floor-plan suite (sketch-to-floor-plan, floor-plan-to-3D, colorization). You choose the tool per job with a single parameter.

How fast are results?

Typical generations complete in 10–30 seconds. You receive a webhook when a job finishes, or you can poll the job status endpoint.

Is the output white-label?

Yes. Paid API output carries no Roomagen branding. An optional parameter adds your own watermark or an MLS-style "Virtually Staged" disclosure label.

What happens when a generation fails?

Infrastructure failures never consume credits, and every image includes one free regeneration. Credits from failed jobs are refunded automatically.

How does pricing work?

Prepaid credit packs denominated in images: 500 images at $0.25, 2,500 at $0.22, 10,000 at $0.20, and negotiated committed-use pricing above 50,000. Credits are valid for 12 months.

Do you support MLS compliance rules?

Yes. Responses can include the original and edited image as a pair, a manifest of what was changed, and an on-image disclosure label — designed for MLS rules and California AB 723.

Can I resell the API inside my product?

Embedding Roomagen output in your own product or platform is exactly what the API is for. Proxying the raw API as your own API requires a reseller agreement — contact us.

Is there a free tier for development?

Yes — 50 watermarked API calls per month, no card required, so you can build and test the full integration before buying credits.
